We purchased there product for my daughter who has been saving up her money to get some. Well we get it and turn out the product is defective and does not turn into slim. I emailed the company no answer. Tried call customer service and was sent to a non business phone number. So now my little 5 year not only does not have a new slim kit she also lost her money that she worked hard to save up for. This is supposed to be cloud slime one with cotton candy scent and the other grape.

I was doing one of the kits that came with 2 clays, 4 powders for slime, and glitter and i added water to each powder and shook them up until they didnt sound watery anymore then i added the clay to them and it was sticky and it wasn't mixing well and wasnt staying together and idk what to do about it

User's recommendation: When u get a kit try to make the slime right.
